Fill out the form by clicking here. Don’t forget to attach the following documents:

• Visitor student application form (with photo).
• Letter of endorsement from the home university (submitted within the application dates).
• Photocopy of passport, national identity document, or citizenship card.
• Resume or Curriculum Vitae.
• Letter from a guardian taking responsibility for the exchange process.
• Academic transcript.
• International health insurance.

Note: All visiting students must be covered by international health insurance that covers medical expenses, pharmaceuticals, hospitalization, transfers, and repatriation of remains. The coverage must start from arrival in Colombia until the return to their home country.
